Global solutions provider will showcase new filter technology, cleaner automatic welding and a free dust tracking service
Helsingborg (Sweden), August 2009 – Nederman will be present on stand 3-519, Hall 3, at Europe´s largest exhibition for Welding and Cutting technology, Schweissen & Schneiden 2009, which is due to take place in Essen, Germany, September 14 – 19.

Nedermans new FilterBox filter fulfill the legislation "W3" from BGIA. |
At the show, Nederman will demonstrate new solutions for the highly efficient filtration of the harmful elements from welding fumes. The new filter fullfills the legislation “W3” from BGIA. It can be loaded straight into the existing Nederman FilterBox systems and provides safe evacuation and efficient cleaning of hazardous fumes and particles from the welding of high chrome content stainless steel and other similarly “difficult” materials.
The stand will also highlight Nederman concepts for high vacuum extraction of welding fumes from automatic welding equipment. A running ABB industrial welding robot will demonstrate the efficiency achievable with this technology where the capturing manifold is mounted on the fume generating welding torch.
At Schweissen & Schneiden Nederman will launch their extensive “dust tracking programme” where companies, free of charge, can have their air quality measured for particle concentration and for compliance with recommended exposure limits. The free test can be booked at the Nederman website and trained Nederman technicians – with expert knowledge of the production technology used – will make site calls within a few weeks. The equipment used can measure not only welding and exhaust particles, but also oil mist and particles from sawing, grinding and sanding, etc.
